When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than August 1st, so that we can get a proper headcount in our accelerated timeline! If you have not responded by August 1st, we will assume you won’t be in attendance. If you know that you won’t be able to make it, please don’t be afraid to RSVP as a no.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Your entire allotted party is included on your RSVP, located on the next tab of our website. If someone is not listed who you believe should be, please reach out to Jess directly. It is very important you RSVP for all guests who are coming so that proper headcount and table arrangements can be prepared.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In an Arizona September, you can expect temperatures to range from the mid 90's to the mid 70's. By 6pm, we are expecting the temperature to be around the mid 80's. The ceremony will be held outdoors; and the reception will be a mix between indoors and outdoors depending on guest count and necessary table arrangements… so RSVP early!

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal dress or western wear is encouraged! It will be warm so feel free to dress comfortably :) boots, jeans and summer dresses are all great looks! Ladies be mindful of shoes, there will be grassy and gravel areas to walk through.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:30pm to give yourself time to park, sign our guest book and find a seat!

Will there be dinner served?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be served during the reception; however, in order to beat the heat our ceremony will not begin until 6pm. It will be a late dinner, so you might want to grab a snack before!

Is there parking on site?

Yes, there is parking on site in the dirt lot across from the reception hall!
