When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive by 3:45pm, the ceremony will start at 4pm. Pre-ceremony bubbles will be provided!

Is there a dress code?

Yes! Formal attire for the wedding day & cocktail attire for the welcome party.

Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately, due to seating limitations, our ceremony and reception will be adults only - with the exception of "babes in arms". If you are still planning on travelling with your little ones, we would love for them to attend our welcome party the night before.

Dietary Restrictions?

Answer

There will be a variety of vegetarian options provided at the welcome party & cocktail hour. Dinner on the wedding day will be a plated chicken entree or vegetarian option. For any other dietary restrictions please let us know.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking on site at Chateau Fengari for anyone wanting to drive themselves.

Is it outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and a portion of the reception will be held outside - weather permitting. This includes grassy areas so please choose footwear wisely! Ladies - heel blockers for the grass will be provided for anyone choosing to wear stilettos.

What will the weather be like?

We are hoping for lots of sunshine and warm temperatures! The average temperature for late September is typically 20-24°C / 68-75°F during the day with cooler evenings around 12-16°C / 54-60°F.
