Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, large parking lot for all guest. Located between ceremony and reception hall. Very convenient.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All hotels we have listed on the website are walking distance to ceremony and reception hall. But feel free to move cars from hotel to wedding guest parking area, if you wish.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you have any allergies and we will accommodate you! Can reach out to us personally and/or make a note in your RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Those addressed in the formal invitation are invited. If you feel someone was left out, please reach out to us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 5:30pm, so arrive a few minutes prior (5:15pm) so everyone can be seated and we can start procession.

Dress Code?

Answer

Dress code is suit jackets and dresses for ceremony. May take off suit jackets after photos and during dinner.

Indoor and Outdoor

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside in beautiful April San Clemente weather. May be on the slight chill side if you want to bring a shawl. Cocktail hour will be outside under the overhang of the reception hall. If it's too breezy we may have some curtains up to help block the wind. Reception will be indoor!

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

We unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.
