FAQ's and things to know

The Wedding Website of Jessica Baltzley and Keith Higginson
Always feel free to reach out to us if you have a question we didn't cover!
Question

What kind of food will be available?

Answer

Food: There will be some finger foods/cold apps available right after the ceremony. Then we'll have a food truck (Gastrotruck) serving up sliders and tacos with lots of meat and veggie options!

Question

What kinds of drinks will be available?

Answer

Since we're getting hitched at a brewery, we'll be featuring their brewed-on-site craft beers. There will not be wine/cocktails available but Bauhaus also has hard seltzers and NA drinks such as kombucha and root beer.

Question

What are the Covid19 protocols?

Answer

In addition to holding the event outdoors, we ask that all guests attending be prepared to show proof of vaccination to any bars and restaurants (including at Bauhaus) on the schedule. At the time of this website development, there is currently a vaccine mandate for patrons of bars and restaurants.

Question

Where's your registry?

Answer

We decided we have enough blenders and Instant Pots! No gifts necessary. We will have a box at the celebration for cards.

Question

Can kids come?

Answer

Absolutely! We have three of them and they'll certainly be there! However, we don't have plans to have intentionally "kid-centric" activities at the event, so plan to have a few things to keep fidgety ones occupied. Don't be surprised if a game of tag interrupts in the middle of meddling.

Question

Where can I park? What if I have to leave my car there overnight?

Answer

Parking is located in front of the building as well as behind the building. Bauhaus doesn't have cars towed as a general practice, but they are not responsible for any cars towed overnight.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'd like to have our guest count solidified by May 15th.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope! We want you to look good and feel good, whatever that means to you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yep! Just make sure to RSVP for them!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

You're welcome to attend any of the "bonus" events on our schedule page!
