What Covid precautions are being taken?

Answer

All events will be taking place outdoors. We are kindly requesting our guests be vaccinated & boosted, and/or take a negative covid test upon arrival to ensure our guest's safety. IMPORTANT: *All travelers will also need to show a negative covid test at the airport in order to enter back into the US.* The W hotel provides complementary antigen tests for room reservations greater than 3 nights for two people, the third person has a charge of $35 USD. All tests must be booked at Concierge upon arrival.

What do I wear to the events?

Answer

Welcome Dinner: Beach Cocktail Nice sundresses / cocktail dresses (short or long) for the women and dress pants and dress shirts for the men (jacket or tie are optional). NOTE: We will not be on the sand for any portion of the event. We will NOT be in the sand, so feel free to wear open or closed-toe shoes / heels, etc. Wedding: Semi-Formal Nice cocktail, long dresses, or jumpsuits for the women // and suits, nice jackets, long sleeve button-down shirts, or tuxes for the men. We will be on grass for the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception.

Will shuttles be available at other hotels?

Answer

Shuttles will only be provided from the W hotel to the venue locations and back. We suggest ordering a car at your hotel to be taken to the W, or straight to the venues. The shuttle ride from the W to each venue is around ~5-7 minutes
