We're getting Married!

Once upon a time on March 20, 2016 after a mutual friend Leah set us up on a blind date. Justin arrived at the pizza parlor while Jessica, after much convincing from her cousin, arrived 30 minutes late. As all blind dates begin very awkwardly ours was no different. Since it was Jessica's first blind date her cousin Vannessa and her husband Zack decided to secretly tag along and make sure Justin was not dangerous. Our first date was a success and almost every weekend after that point we spent together.

As most people know Jessica loves Italy and its culture so it was a no brainer that I should propose to her on our first trip together to Rome. She is obsessed with the Vatican and bridges so I hired a photographer to take pictures of us and made her think it was just a vacation photo shoot. I remember that day we toured the vatican and went all the way to the top of the building and looked over to the bridge I would propose on. After the tour we raced to meet the photographer and began the photo shoot. We were both having lots of fun acting silly and posing for the camera. At one point the sun began to set and I asked her to look over at how beautiful the vatican looked, at that point I grabbed a box I had made that included different artifacts that I had collected throughout our relationship. She turned around and I proceeded to give her the box and I explained each item in the box. When I finished I got down on one knee and I asked her to marry me. I remember feeling very nervous and excited at the same time. Jessica cried and said "Yes!"
