What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Arrival is scheduled between 4:45 PM - 5:15 PM.

How long is your ceremony?

Answer

Please plan for the ceremony to be about 30 minutes. Timing can be found under the Schedule tab.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Summer Formal Think suits and ties, elegant, and elevated. Cocktail to formal dresses and polished evening looks are all welcome.

Will your wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors. Guest are welcome to move between both indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the evening.

Have you reserved a block of rooms at a nearby hotel?

Answer

We reserved a block of rooms at Courtyard by Marriott Devon/Villanova. Please book your stay by July 16, 2026 to guarantee a room on our block at a discounted rate. More information can be found under the Hotel Accommodations Tab.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking onsite at the venue. It is best to park in the lot that is adjacent to Waterloo Road.

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Yes! We've got you covered. Transportation will be provided between the hotel and venue. Shuttle Schedule 4:45 PM Drop at Venue 5:15 PM Drop at Venue Shuttle will begin running at 10:00 PM

Yes! Guests be able to enjoy a variety of spirits, wine, and beer throughout the evening.
