There is not enough space or time to explain my best friend and sister from another mother Katie! Kate and I have been besties and SFAM's since we were born and that's not an exaggeration! Katie and I lived next door to each other growing up as our parents are still neighbors. We have been through it all together, happy times, sad times, difficult times, playing in sand boxes together, taking family vacations together, going to dancing school together, you name it, we did it together. Katie is the epitome of what a true friend is. She is always there for me no matter the hour of the day, she is my lester for life and someone I know who will always be there to do this thing called life with me!

We met in middle school and I remember playing wiffle ball in his front yard knocking out his windows from time to time. We love to play video games on the regular (although Jess' stares as I'm playing burn holes in the back of my head) and do outdoor activities together whether it be pokemon hunting or playing wiffle ball and badmitten. FUTURE SIL! I was a little nervous about meeting Cristy for the first time because Jose said she never really liked any of his past relationships. We met in PA where she lived, out at a restuarant and things seemed to be going well. We chatted, ate some good food, had some drinks and eventually parted ways. I'm sure there was talk in between that day between Jose and Cristy and her telling him what she thought about me but what I love is that her husband Dan always says “I knew Cristy liked Jess when she acknowledged her presence and realized she wasn't a total bitch!”

There are no words say or to write, he's just the best brother ever! We werent super close growing up with an almost 5 year age gap but have become closer as we got older. Although I do recall some instances when he was your "typical" older brother annoying his younger sister. For example, his blue blanket that he tied into knots to whip me with or having his iguana bite my ear when I was sleeping! He is the smartest human I know and I just love to be around him but living so far from one another is hard to get together! I love the holidays when we are able to be together or trips "just becuase."

I am so thankful Annely and I were brought together 15 years ago! Although it may not have been the best of friendships then, more of acquaintances, we have grown together and appreciated one anothers friendships and have remained bests since. Not only am I thankful for her friendship, she has also entrusted me with her beautiful children whom I love like family ( and I cant forget Brian-the hubs). Way back when, she actually trusted ME to babysit Adrian!! I must have done well when she had her second child Branden, she trusted me AGAIN to babysit him, sometimes both at once LOL! That only brought us closer and eventually becoming like family!

First person I met when I moved from the Bronx. He was like a brother from another mother. We became close friends the very first day at baseball practice when we were 8 years old. Dj and I used to spend our days doing so many different activities such as skating, skateboarding, biking, playing baseball, but our most fun activity was playing MLB baseball (the video game). We used to compete so much with the teams Boston vs Yankees. Although we are all grown up, our favorite thing to do together is to still play baseball on our baseball league on the competitive level.

Kelly and I go way back! We met when we were about ten or eleven years old when we were cheerleading for Colonia Patriots Pop Warner! What a fun time we had during those times, not a care in the world, just having fun with friends! Kelly and I went through middle and high school together, again spending our days hanging out with friends, going to one anothers houses, having sleepovers, and when old enough, driving around town. Kelly is that friend that no matter how much time has passed and where the world has taken us, we remain solid and have a strong friendship and that I am thankful for!

I am so grateful for my junior field work and being placed in Jen's third grade classroom! I was placed in Jen's classroom to learn about teaching and gain some experience, but what I got out of it in the end was an amazing friend who I am so grateful for! I luckly got hired at Jen's school once I graduated and we worked a few doors down from one another (now I am on the opposite end of the building). We have grown so close these past eight years, from going to HH to catch up with work and men, our annual beach trip before going back to work, our bitching about our jobs and just life in general! Work sucks, but I am so happy Jen is there to share our crazy days together
