Jordan & Jessica met through a dating app called Bumble in November 2018 when Jess was finishing up her graduate school program in South Bend, Indiana. When the couple first "matched" on Bumble, Jess was about to delete the app as she was planning to move back to her home state, Wisconsin. After a few weeks of riveting text message conversations, Jordan convinced a hesitant Jess to go on a date with him. Going into the date with no expectations, holding nothing back, and having nothing to lose, they talked for hours. Needless to say, things went very well! They hung out every single day after that, meeting various family and friends at a rapid pace- knowing "this was something special". When Jess moved back to Wisconsin for her last 5 month externship of her school career, Jordan & Jess continued their relationship long distance calling, texting, facetiming and visiting each other. When Jess graduated and began looking for careers, her heart tugged her back to Indiana to be with Jordan! Jess moved in with Jordan and started her new job, and over the years together they shared many memories doing house projects, hanging out with friends and family, attending concerts and traveling. In February 2020, J&J started a portable restroom side business together. In May 2020, they brought home their hunting dog/ sidekick- a golden retriever puppy, Wilson! Jordan exposed Jess to many new experiences out of her comfort zone- hunting, wake-surfing and even cleaning porta-potties! In September 2021, Jordan popped the question in their favorite vacation spot, Siesta Key Florida!! Unexpectedly in May 2022, Jordan and Jess bought a home together in Cassopolis, Michigan. They are looking forward to the rest of life's adventures together, especially tying the knot on October 29th surrounded by their favorite people!
