Jessica is the Minister to Children and Families at First Baptist Roswell and has been there for 7 years. In her spare time, she loves to read (historical fiction and murder mysteries are her favorites!), write curriculum, and spend time with Lucy the cat. She graduated from Mercer University with a BBA, and got her Master of Divinity in Christian Education at McAfee School of Theology, making her a double bear (Go Bears!) She is from Macon, and is definitely a Georgia girl at heart. She certainly loves peanut butter and her grandmother's spaghetti! :)
Jonathan Oravec

Jonathan is a Mechanical Engineer with Salas O'Brien, where he has worked for almost 9 years since he was a co-op while in college. He graduated from Southern Poly (before it became Kennesaw- he is adamant that he is not an Owl). He is from Covington, and has family in Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona. He loves to go mountain biking, and is always looking for new trails (and for more people to join in on the fun!). He also likes to go to the shooting range, and he enjoys hanging out at home watching movies. He loves spicy food, and anything with sriracha. He has finally won over Lucy the cat :)

Our maid of honor is none other than my little sister, Katie! I am so glad that I prayed so hard for a little sister :) We may have fought a lot growing up, but we are much better friends now. We have shared a lot of memories: fun adventures, great vacations, heartbreaking times...and I am thrilled that she is the Maid of Honor at my wedding! So glad we get to share this time together! Katie lives in Statesboro and is an ultrasound technician in Dublin. When she's not working, she loves to play with Jack, her miniature daschund, and get crafty on her Cricut machine.
Benjamin Oravec

Benjamin is Jonathan's younger brother and has known Jonathan his whole life. He is a nurse and enjoys helping people wherever he can. Benny has a wonderful new family with his wife Kim and their sons Rowan and Gavin. Benji aspires to break the mold in life and have adventures that he and his family can enjoy together.
Caroline Fleming

Caroline and I have been friends since the summer after Freshman year at Mercer, when she asked me what my major was and I talked her into being a Business major. Whether it was studying at Steak 'n Shake at 2 AM for finals or having a Gilmore Girls marathon, Caroline and I have always had a blast when we were together. Caroline married her college sweetheart, Jacob Fleming, and they have two precious kiddos: Luke and Madeline.
Matt Bryant

Matt Bryant is Jonathan's oldest friend. They have known each other since kindergarten and have hung out and gotten into trouble together throughout the years. Matt is an excellent musician and has been in several successful rock bands.
Amanda Mackay

Amanda is one of the fabulous parents at First Baptist Roswell! I met her soon after I started as the Minister to Children at the church. Amanda has helped me with everything from decorating for the Daddy Daughter Dance to working on VBS projects. We've shared a lot of laughter and a few tears. And she gets the prize for the first person to throw me a surprise party! She and her husband, Brian, have two wonderful kids: Hadley and Davis.
Christopher Somers

Christopher and Jonathan met in engineering school and became good friends. To this day, Chris and Jonathan play video games, watch bad movies and ride mountain bikes together. Chris is a engineer at an Atlanta based pipeline controls firm and travels to new and interesting places around the world in his spare time.

Kevin has been a friend and colleague for the last 7 years, and our pastor for the last 3 years. He and his wife Amy share a counseling practice together, and have two college kids: Jenna and Josh. We are grateful for his role as our pastor (and Jessica's boss!) and thankful he can be a part of this special day.
