Dress is semi formal. We want you to be comfortable. There will be a ceremony followed by a full dinner, however there will not be a formal reception with dancing. After the formal dinner is over we will be having a fire pit with s’mores and games. We will be changing out of our formal wear into more comfy clothes- please get comfy too!
There will be no transportation from any of the hotels to the ceremony. The ceremony and dinner will be in the same location.
Yes, there is plenty of parking. The ceremony and dinner are in the same location- no need to move the car.
RSVP due date to come, however if booking lodging through Woodloch we encourage you to do so sooner rather than later. The wedding date is before their peak season, however we can’t guarantee they will not fill up.
We have no other formal events planned, however there is much to do at Woodloch for singles and families alike. We are planning on staying there for the week and would love for others to enjoy Woodloch beyond just the wedding. This is a family and friends centered event and we would love to spend time with you all!
We are booked into a house at Woodloch from Sunday to Saturday. We’d love for others to join us for as much time as they’d like/are able to!
More info on the dinner options: -Grilled Flat Iron Steak: brown sugar citrus marinade -Chicken Saltimbocca: prosciutto, fontina cheese, sage, roasted shallot Demi sauce (the brides favorite at the tasting) -Lobster Ravioli: asparagus tips, seafood sherry beurre blanc sauce Most entrées are served with whipped garlic potatoes, asparagus, and roasted miniature carrots (the exception is the completed dishes).
Cocktail hour will have hors d’oeuvres, both warm and hot, along with the typical cheese/fruit/veggie trays. Dinner will also include a Cesar salad and pasta. Of course there will also be cake and then there will be s’mores at the fire pit!
Kids are more than welcome to order off the adult menu or there is a children’s menu for them. -chicken fingers and French fries -Mac and cheese -pasta with butter or marinara sauce -pizza -kid’s steak
Yes, alcohol will be served for our guests that are 21+. The ceremony will have a cocktail hour after it that goes until 5pm. There will be a full bar during cocktail hour and dinner. Beer, wine, mixed drinks, etc. will be available along with 2 signature drinks. Woodloch does not permit shots of alcohol.
