We're getting married! ~ Nós vamos nos casar!

Who would have known walking down the New York City highline and grabbing a slice of pizza would lead to a lifetime together? As we walked up to each other for the very first time, before even saying hello, Jessica blurts out ‘Woah, look at you!” leaving John standing there all caught off guard and red as a tomato. When we first found out that we lived one hour away from each other, we were intimidated by the protentional long distance relationship but as time went on, we both knew it would be worth it. Fast forward four years later, we were yet on another walk, except this time in another country – Portugal. This walk is just as memorable as our first New York City walk not because it ended with a sunset picnic in the park and some wine but because this was where we both officially decided to spend the rest of our lives together. We cannot wait to have many more walks throughout this life with each other. Quem saberia que caminhar pela linha alta de Nova York e pegar uma fatia de pizza levaria a uma vida inteira juntos? Enquanto nos aproximávamos pela primeira vez, antes mesmo de dizer olá, Jessica deixou escapar 'Uau, olhe para você! " deixando John parado ali, todo pego de surpresa e vermelho como um tomate. Quando descobrimos que morávamos a uma hora de distância um do outro, ficamos intimidados pelo relacionamento protencional de longa distância, mas com o passar do tempo, ambos sabíamos que valeria a pena. Quatro anos depois, estávamos em outra caminhada, mas desta vez em outro país - Portugal. Esta caminhada é tão memorável quanto nossa primeira caminhada em Nova York, não porque terminou com um piquenique ao pôr do sol no parque e um pouco de vinho, mas porque foi aqui que nós dois decidimos oficialmente passar o resto de nossas vidas juntos. Não podemos esperar para ter muitas outras caminhadas juntos ao longo desta vida.
