3:30 PM Shuttles depart from the Westin Annapolis Hotel For wedding guests not staying at this hotel - we recommend parking at the Westin Annapolis Garage and getting on the bus to the venue from there. Parking is also available at the venue for guests wanting to drive themselves. 4:30-5:00 PM Ceremony (Mazzeo & Reilly family photos to follow immediately after ceremony) 5:00-6:00 PM Cocktail Hour 6:00-10:00 PM Reception Buses will take wedding guests from the venue to McGarvey's (in Downtown Annapolis) and the Westin at the conclusion of the reception.
