Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes - there will be a shuttle provided from the hotels to the ceremony/reception. Pick up will be at 3:30 pm at craftsman and 4:00 pm at Hampton. Please call the craftsman inn a day in advance for early check in. If you arrive early, the main tasting room at Owera is open for normal business.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The average temperature in Cazenovia in late July is 60-78 degrees. We will not be outside for long! The reception area is temperature controlled.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will NOT be including them in our adult only ceremony and reception.

Are the ceremony and reception located at the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be held outside overlooking the vineyards. The cocktail hour will begin immediately after in the veranda / permanent tent at the vineyards.

Can we take photos during the cermony?

Answer

Please do not take pictures during the ceremony - we are leaving that to the photographer. However feel free to take as many photos as you want during the reception!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know in advance (at least by one month) what your allergies are.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is a large parking lot outside the reception. The venue is about 2 miles away from the hotel.
