Albany International Airport

If you're flying in, Albany International Airport (ALB) is the closest option, just about 1 hour from Lake George by car. We recommend renting a car, as rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are limited in the area. If ALB isn’t convenient, Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is another option, approximately 3.5 to 4 hours away by car. Or Bradely International Airport (BDL) is 2.5 to 3 hours away by car.

Courtyard by Marriott Lake George

We’ve reserved a room block at the Courtyard Marriott from June 17–21. To book through our room block, please call (518) 761-1150 and ask for the Anderson/Girard Wedding Block. The rooms at the Marriot are blocked until Friday April 17. Transportation: The shuttle will depart from the Marriot at 4:15 PM and head to The Erlowest. After the ceremony, it will run multiple return trips between 10:30 PM and 12:30 AM.

We’ve reserved a room block at the Hampton Inn from June 18–20. To book through our room block, please call (518) 668-4100 and ask for the Anderson/Girard Wedding Block. The rooms at the Hampton Inn are blocked until Saturday April 18. Transportation: The shuttle will depart from the Hampton Inn at 4:00 PM and head to The Erlowest. After the ceremony, it will run multiple return trips between 10:30 PM and 12:30 AM.

We’ve reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn Resort from June 18–20. The Sagamore Resort

If you're open to staying 15-20 minutes from The Erlowest, we highly recommend The Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing. The Sagamore holds a special place in our hearts, Jeremy and Jess stayed there after getting engaged in Lake George, and it’s long been a favorite spot for Jess and her family. Nestled on a private island, this iconic resort has breathtaking lake views, on-site restaurants, pickleball and tennis courts, a pool, and plenty of charm. While we don’t have a room block here, it’s a wonderful option if you’re comfortable driving to and from the wedding. Please note that rideshare services are limited in the area, and our wedding shuttle will not service The Sagamore.
