Typically, early check-in isn’t guaranteed however, we recommend calling the hotel on the morning of your arrival to see if your room might be ready for early check-in.

Will there be a shuttle service to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttle service to the venue. If you are arriving the day of the wedding please arrive at the hotel early to catch the shuttle to the venue. If you miss the shuttle, the venue provides on-site parking. Shuttles back the hotel will be provided at the end of the event.

Yes, the hotels are all in the same parking field.

Will there be an after party?

Yes, the after party will be at the courtyard hotel. Wristbands are included in your welcome bag, on arrival to your hotel.

Is the venue cannabis friendly?

Yes, the venue is cannabis friendly. For everyone’s comfort, we designated a smoking area by the fire pit. Please use this area to ensure a comfortable atmosphere for all.

Is there a dress code?

We highly recommend jewel tone for our guests. NO white what so ever.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be held outside in the wooded area across from the barn. There will be golf cart rides from the parking lot to the ceremony site for those who need assistance. Please dress accordingly for any weather as the end of October can be unpredictable. We advise you to bring an umbrella and jacket just incase.
