FAQs

If you have any questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to Jessica at 734-731-7356.
Question

Is there a ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Ceremony and reception will both be right here in the backyard. Just follow the good vibes and music!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Absolutely, bring a plus one, a bestie, your cousin visiting from out of town... the more the merrier! If you can, please RSVP to help us plan, but if you forget, don’t stress. Just show up and celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. Take the night off, enjoy some drinks, and let loose kid-free! We promise they’ll thank you later (and so will we).

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive about 15-20 minutes early so we can start the ceremony on time and everyone gets a good seat.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking will be on the grass down the hill. It’s a relaxed setup, so just follow the signs and the crowd, and take it slow—watch out for uneven spots!

Question

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yep, it’s an outdoor celebration! We’re crossing our fingers for great weather, but if it rains, we’ve got a cozy backup plan.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Dress comfortably—this is a backyard celebration! Think casual, weather-friendly, and dance-floor-ready. Sundresses, polos, nice jeans, rompers—whatever makes you feel good and ready to celebrate. Just maybe skip the stilettos—we’ll be on grass.

Question

What should I bring?

Answer

Sunglasses, bug spray, your best dance moves, and good vibes are highly recommended. A light jacket might come in handy once the sun goes down.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately, no—since we’re doing buffet style, we can’t accommodate special meal requests. Please plan accordingly and feel free to bring anything you need for your allergy.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

You bet! We’ll have drinks to share and keep the good times flowing. If you have a favorite drink or something special you love, feel free to BYOB. Just come ready to toast, laugh, and maybe dance a little too hard.

Question

Can I bring or use any substances?

Answer

Please, no illegal drugs at the wedding. Marijuana is totally fine if that’s your thing—just be respectful about where and when you light up, and be mindful of others (especially guests who might not be comfortable). We want everyone to have a good time!

Question

What time does it end?

Answer

Honestly? Who knows! There’s no official end time—we’ll be celebrating until the stars fade and the sun comes up. Stay as long as you like (or until your feet give out)!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Feel free to snap and share your fun memories! We do ask that phones stay tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present.

Question

Can I stay overnight?

Answer

Absolutely! If you want to make a night of it, bring a tent or camper and stay nearby. Just note—no hookups or facilities, so come prepared. It’s the perfect way to end the night under the stars.
