FAQs

IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS OTHER THAN WHAT WE’VE LISTED HERE, PLEASE REACH OUT DIRECTLY TO US!
Question

What COVID-19 safety precautions are being taken?

Answer

With the delta variant sparking a rise in COVID-19 cases, many restaurants, bars, and venues around the Seattle area now require proof of vaccination with a matching valid ID. As such, we anticipate that all guests will be asked to provide proof of vaccination in order to enter our wedding ceremony, reception, and welcome event. At this time, we expect establishments to accept (1) a photo of your physical vaccine card or (2) "digital pass" issued by relevant local/state authorities. At this time, physical copies of your vaccine card are not required but we will send an update if that changes. With everyone vaccinated and all events predominantly outdoors and "open-air", masks are not required but guests are welcome to wear them. Vendors are expected to be masked during the entire evening. If you believe you may have been exposed or engaged in high risk activity within two weeks of our wedding, we kindly ask that you get tested before attending.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 1st! But the earlier the better :)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you due to headcount. But please do reach out if you have a specific request and we may be able to accommodate as much as possible!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be limited valet parking for those who want to drive. However, we strongly encourage the shuttle and Uber/Lyft options, especially if you plan to celebrate with a couple of drinks with us!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! If you have a specific need or request, please do let us know and we can help with any local arrangements.

Question

Are pets welcome?

Answer

We prefer your furry friends to stay home to avoid any unnecessary accidents at the venue and amidst all the excitement. But please do reach out if you have any specific requests and we can help with arrangements.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

100% absolutely! Please note in your RSVP or let us know directly.
