Growing up being a twin, Jared and I of course had the same interests and friends. From playing sports to making home movies with friends and when one twin was invited somewhere they automatically knew you get the other one, like buy one get one free. I knew getting older Jared was the glue to any situation that held our group of friends together and was the spark to initiate any type of outing, such as pretty much all our annual camping trips starting with the infamous "camping list". I wish nothing but happiness, love and a life long marriage between Jared and Jess.

My husband has been friends with the groom for 10+ years. When Jared introduced Jess to the " Beat Baes" (a name the guys call their group), she fit right in from day one. Dishing out jokes, blowing us away with her salsa & breakfast burritos, sharing her impeccable taste in music, & loving on all our kiddos. We've since shared many late-night drinks, advice-filled phone calls, & Beat Bae BBQs (with many more to come!). She has an infectious smile, selfless heart, and always keeps us laughing. We are excited to officially (& finally) welcome her to the Beat Bae Wives Club-Baechachos for life! -Ashley Ashley is one of the strongest I know with a kind smile, listening ear, & hug. A graceful mother, wife, & teacher, she brings love & patience to another level. So grateful for her! -Jess

In 2008 I had settled into college & had met Jared's brother. In doing so, he claimed that he had a twin brother. Being the crazy practical joker that he is, almost no one in our hall could believe it. I told him several times that a twin could simply not exist. No way there was someone crazier than him. I was wrong. One day, there was pounding on my door. There was Jacob w/ a big smile on his face & then Jared poked is precious face around the corner & said ”I do exist!” Sitting here writing it down, I realize how impactful that moment was. I had made a lifetime best friend. We've had millions of conversations. We've lived 100's of hilarious moments you had to be there to believe. Countless nights camping & now raising our families together. Our lives so intertwined...we are all family.

I met Jared my freshman year in college. I saw him walking down the street and I called him Jacob, not knowing he was a twin at the time. He smiled from ear to ear and said “I’m not Jacob” and giggled like a little school girl. Pretty sure my mind broke that there was two of them. We have had many talks about everything possible, countless hysterical laughs and too many inside jokes together. Fast forward to when Jared and Jess met and now- I’ve been rooting for her since day one- Jared’s a lot to handle, but Jess is perfect for him. I’ve watched her balance him out and push his crazy self to be the best version of himself. Jared’s always been family, but Jess quickly found her way into the clan and I’m glad she’s here to stay!

She is always the life of the party, cracking jokes, laughter, and putting a smile on everyone's face. We've since become very close sharing many memories and advice. So happy she found her person and I get to be a part of their special day.

Jess and I went to high school together just a few short years ago (ugh ok maybe more like 20) and have been friends for many years. These past few years we’ve grown very close as she’s not only a partner in crime with her infectious energy but also a rock and an essential part of this tribe we have! I've also had the pleasure of being her amazing son Davi’s preschool teacher since he was 10 months old and am so lucky I get to see that awesome little dude grow and flourish. Jess, you’re a hard working kick ass lady that loves deeply and would do anything for the people you love. You deserve the world and I am so happy and excited for your adventures in life with Jared!

I have known Jared since 2008. I met him @ WOU while next door neighbors w/ his brother. For weeks, Jacob tried convincing us he had a twin, but me (& several other groomsmen who lived there) thought there was no way there was 2 of these guys in the world. One day, after hearing a death metal growl making me think a wild animal was loose, there was Jared in the flesh and the source of the rabid animal noise. Over 13 years has passed & I am glad to be able to call Jared one of my best friends. We've been on many camping trips together, shared delicious food & watched our kids grow up. While I doubt there is anyone who can fully tame Jared, I know God has done everything he could to prepare Jess for their adventure of life together & I can’t wait for the future of their beautiful family!

If there is one thing I am sure to have with Jared is a bunch of laughs, and one thing I get from Jess is always being heard. Seeing these two together in the beginning of their relationship it was clear Jared was an even better person with Jess laughing right along by his side. Jared is one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I will never forget meeting you for the first time and being completely speechless at the sight of a Doty twin. From countless camping trips, to life living in distance, I can't think of a much better pair to have as friends. I met Jess about 10 years ago when she was my trainer at Excell Fitness. Her outgoing and spunky personality made her instantly easy to get along with - "Caw Caw!" (Inside joke) We had a blast working out, doing runs, wine tasting and hanging out years ago. Busy lives and mom duties kept us from hanging out the last few years but we connected again recently and she has become such an important part of my life and one of my favorite people! I’m so glad she found someone like Jared who makes her so happy and is the perfect balance for her. She definitely deserves someone who treats her so well. I am so honored to be included in her special day

Aloha everyone! I’m Brihana. I met Jess a couple years ago when I worked at our local gym in the kids-room. It was there I first got to know her and Davi. So many great times watching him grow, great laughs and even heart to hearts with Jess there in that little playroom. Then later on in knowing each other, (& not long after she moved in with Jared) we realized we lived just about a block away from each other! Party on! We started to build a closer friendship together with our partners and kids. Its been incredible since. And growing closer still. So every time you hear a loud “Hey ohhhh!!” from us, it's just our normal "hello". Haha! But in all seriousness, I just love both Jessica and Jared. They are wonderful people and friends for a lifetime. "I mean….." ;-) (inside joke haha!)

It is such an honor to be a part of the big day for these two incredible people. I first met Jessica in the fall of 2020. We met through mutual friends and I believe came into each other’s lives when we needed an outlet. We bonded over music instantly and have had way too many self care karaoke nights to count. I met Jared shortly after and could tell this was a match made in heaven. Jared has such a calm presence and a genuineness about him. Both compliment each other so well. Jared the quiet, handyman and Jessica, the vibrant, people person. This combo is nothing short of impeccable. Looking forward to many more Yahtzee nights, snow days, and crazy adventures. I love you both so much.
