Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park, find a seat, and settle in before the "I do's" start!
There is parking available at Willowlane Barn. Please follow the signs and only park in the designated areas.
We’ve chosen not to create a traditional registry. If you wish to give a gift, a monetary contribution toward our future together would be truly appreciated.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you recieve a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, unless otherwise discussed. We hope this gives you a chance to relax, let loose, & enjoy the evening!
Semi-formal / Western formal
Our ceremony will take place outdoors, and our reception will be indoors. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will move inside.
Yes! We will be offering a cash toonie bar during our cocktail hour and throughout the evening.

We have arranged complimentary taxi service into Olds for guests between 10pm-1am. Please note that taxis can accommodate up to 6 passengers at a time, so there may be short wait times depending on demand. Transportation will be provided to destinations within Olds only.
