Question

What time can I arrive?

Answer

We will open the doors around 2:00 to allow people to be seated. The doors will close a few mins before 3 and you will not be allowed in.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No we will have absolutely no alcohol.

Where is the reception?

Answer

In the fellowship hall following the ceremony. Please be patient as I want people to be present for my ceremony but they are also helping with getting the food together.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes, we will have a buffet style meal. We will pray over the meal before hand. The wedding party will go first then our parents/grandparents and everyone else. Please be respectful and done go over board. We have many mouths to feed.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Sunday best. And I don’t mean the building Sunday best we are talking normal church haha no raggedy jeans or t shirts. Nice pants, collar shirts. Button downs and nice dresses or pants/shirts. Basically.. Dress like you’re going to a special event.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Absolutely not. We are a big part of the recovery community and we aren’t about to make anyone stumble. Sorry not sorry.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Yes but we ask that you be respectful of our photographer. And keep ceremony pictures to a bare minimum. As for the reception, have fun. We love a good selfie and we want you to enjoy yourself just be sure to use our wedding hashtag so we can see!
