We recommend guests arrive 15 to 30 minutes early. Once you arrive at the venue, please allow an additional 10 minutes for the drive to the chapel, as well as time for parking and finding your way. To ensure the ceremony begins promptly, doors will close at the scheduled start time and will not reopen for late guests.
While we absolutely adore your children, we kindly request an adult-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding as we look forward to celebrating with you.
We kindly request elevated, semi-formal to formal attire. As this will be an adults-only evening, we invite you to treat it as a special date night and enjoy the opportunity to dress up. For the ladies, a long dress or an elegant cocktail-length dress would be most appropriate. For the gentlemen, jeans with boots paired with a sport jacket or suit coat are perfectly fitting for the occasion. Please note that while most of the event will be held indoors with heating and a cozy fireplace, cocktail hour will take place outdoors on a courtyard featuring heaters and a large fire pit. This will be a lovely indoor–outdoor celebration, so we encourage dressing warmly and stylishly for comfort and enjoyment throughout the evening.
Yes, parking will be available upon arrival at the venue. As you drive in, signs will guide you to the designated parking area. Please note that the drive is on gravel, so we kindly suggest keeping that in mind when selecting footwear. For guests wearing heels or those who may need extra assistance, there is a circle drive available for drop-off near the chapel entrance. After dropping off, drivers will be directed to the main parking area. To access the chapel, there are two stairways and one ramp available for your convenience.
Your invited guest (plus one) will be listed on your formal invitation and included when you submit your RSVP through the wedding website. We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend.
