We ask our guests to please RSVP no later than June 1st, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. You can RSVP by clicking the 'RSVP tab and entering the name(s) listed on your invitation. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
The Ceremony and Reception will both take place at the Red Earth Venue. The ceremony will take place outdoors, (shade and fans will be made available to guests). Dinner will be held inside the air-conditioned venue and drinks and dancing will be held on the patio area outside of the glass pavilion.
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm. We recommend guests arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you need to wait until the ceremony is over.
Our wedding is cocktail attire. We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a midi- or maxi dress or dressy separates. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. Prepare for summer desert weather with temperatures in the high 80s during the day and 70s at night. While the ceremony and reception will be held on concrete, the venue will also be surrounded by Moab's famous red dirt so plan your footwear accordingly.
Moab Utah is the desert, and in the summer it will be dry and hot! Things can feel a little different at a higher altitude and dryer climate. A walk up the stairs or normal exercise may leave you breathless, the sun can be intense, and 1 alcoholic drink may feel like 3. Tips · Drink a lot of water, even if you don’t feel thirsty · Take it easy on exercise and alcohol when you first arrive · Wear sunglasses, sunscreen and lip balm if you will be out in the sun for an extended period of time
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invite. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. We will only be including children of immediate family or who are participating in the wedding. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children and feel free to reach out to the bride and groom with any questions!
Yes! The venue has designated parking for all guests.
We will be providing a full barbecue dinner to our guests. Please reach out to the bride or groom with any dietary restrictions we should know about.
The ceremony will be open seating, so choose whichever side of the aisle you like! We do ask that you please allow for family and the wedding party to have the first two rows of seats. For the reception, we will have a seating chart to indicate where your seat will be and we are arranging tables so that our guests are sat with other guests that they know (or their plus one or partner).
