We met at a Crossfit Gym which, funny enough, neither of us go to anymore. Harry likes to say he "got the girl and got out." He first noticed Jess one leg day, when she used his working weight as a warmup. Somewhere between workouts and a brewery bike ride, Jess noticed him too. It's debated who made the first move (Jess did) but we eventually agreed to grab coffee sometime. What was supposed to be a quick coffee date turned into hours of talking, laughing, dinner, and the start of something neither of us expected. Before long, Rudy and Lexi became best friends, we got to know each other's friends and families (who, thankfully, approved), and life together started to feel a little more like home. Since then, we've shared countless weekends at our lake getaways (Lake Keowee and Lake Murray), wonderful weekends with family and friends, and even several adventures abroad, including Scotland, France, and Italy. After two years of building a life together, we got engaged and are excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of you.
