When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

ASAP - we love to see the notifications of loved ones able to join! However, if you are currently undecided please RSVP online by February 1, 2023.

What about kids?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope the advance notice means you're able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on our day!

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation and those who RSVP on time. (That's a no...)

I have a food/diet restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY! You will be able to let us know your food needs when you RSVP.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

What will the weather be like at that time of year?

Answer

Weather is crisp - expect sunshine (fingers crossed!) and temps in the mid-70s.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested - think your favorite LBD (little black dress), fancy jumpsuits, and jackets/slacks for the gents.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

During the ceremony we ask that you be present with us and NOT have your phone out, please let the professionals take care of that for us. For the reception, snap away! We encourage guests to visit the Instaworthy areas of our venue and post pictures on social - don't forget to use #happilyevermccargar so we can keep track of alllllllll the memories.

How's parking?

Answer

There is a great amount of parking at the venue and directional signs will be posted. Cars may be left overnight, but please be mindful of the venue and retrieve your vehicle the next morning in a timely manner. Always remember to drive responsibly.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We'll miss you! Please let us know by RSVP'ing NO online so we can plan accordingly.
