How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". We ask that you kindly RSVP by April 10, 2026.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by April 10, 2026 you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What if I RSVP'd and can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed!! Life happens, no worries. Please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be in attendance.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In an effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. Your formal invitation will be made out to "{Your name} and Guest" if you have received a plus one - they will also appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!

What is the attire?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in cocktail/semi-formal. The wedding party will be in black. The ceremony/cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception inside. Please take that into consideration when choosing your outfit!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please plan ahead to ensure you have plenty of time to park and make your way to the ceremony location.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has on-site parking. There will be a golf cart available for anyone who would like assistance getting from your car to the ceremony site! You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if you need to, but it must be picked up the next morning by 11am.

Where is the nearest airport?

Answer

The closest airport is Richmond International (RIC), roughly 30-40 minutes from Ashland. Dulles International (IAD) is about 2 hours away.
