When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP via the wedding website by September 3rd 2025

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the chapel will open at 4:30PM. We recommend that you start to arrive at this time to park and find your seat as the ceremony will begin at 5:00PM sharp. Please keep in mind there is construction taking place in Kleinburg so this may add some time to your arrival.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the names on the invitations attend as we would like to keep our wedding a small intimate event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Doctors House has parking on site where you will acquire a parking ticket. Please hold onto this ticket and provide it to the attendant or your waiter during dinner who will adjust it as guests do not need to pay for parking. There is also parking on the street along Kleinburg.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We ask that guest wear elegant Semi-Formal attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is the event outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony & reception are inside however cocktail hour will be on the patio & Country Fare gardens weather permitting. The Country Fare room also has a large patio for guests to enjoy during the reception.

Where is the nearest hotel / accommodations ?

Answer

There are not any hotels right beside The Doctors House If guest are interested in staying the night near the venue we recommend the following nearby accommodations: Element Vaughan South West - 61070 Highway 7, Vaughan, ON Holiday Inn Express & Suites Vaughan - 6100 Highway 7, Vaughan, ON
