We first met in kindergarten, where we spent recess playing house—never imagining that one day we’d be creating a real home together. After growing up in the same town, we began dating during our senior year of high school and stayed together through long-distance college years, countless drives, and late-night FaceTimes. Now, we’re back where it all began—high school sweethearts building a life, a home, and a future together in our hometown as we prepare to get married.
