FAQs

Question

Who should I contact for resort accommodations, booking questions, or reservation issues?

Answer

Please contact Adrian Campiz Lopez’s Office directly at +01152 (314) 358-0986 or +01152 (314) 145-2839 for any reservation, payment, room request, or accommodation questions. Guests may also contact the office via WhatsApp. Please note: The resort requires a minimum 3-night stay.

Question

Why do I need to pay my deposit by the requested date?

Answer

Due to exchange rates changing daily, paying your deposit by the requested date helps secure your current room rate. Resort pricing may increase at any time without notice, so submitting your deposit promptly helps lock in your quoted rate. Adrian Campiz Lopez’s Office is happy to work with guests to arrange a minimum deposit amount that best fits their needs whenever possible.

Question

What's Included in the all-inclusive plan at the Resort?

Answer

The all-inclusive plan includes your accommodations, food, snacks, alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, pools, beach access, and resort activities during your stay. All wedding activities held on the resort property are also included. Yes — alcohol is included! Please note that room service and select premium amenities may have an additional sur charge. For full details, please visit: https://marivalemotions.com/all-inclusive or contact Adrian Lopez’s Office directly with any questions regarding your reservation or stay.

Question

I am not staying on the resort property but plan to attend dinners or other wedding-related activities during the week. What should I know?
