What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by May 1st. Please reach out if you have missed the deadline and we will do our best to accommodate late replies.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. Guests arriving after 3:20 PM may unfortunately miss the start of the ceremony.

Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at The Sagamore Resort on the "Lake View Lawn", with views of Lake George. Please note that another ceremony will be occurring on the "Veranda Lower Terrace"—kindly follow the signage to ensure you arrive at the correct location.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up and celebrate in style with us! Our celebration is black tie optional (tuxedos are welcome, but a dark suit and tie are perfectly appropriate, too). For women, we suggest floor-length gowns or dressy cocktail dresses. Please avoid jeans or denim, and kindly refrain from wearing shades of white or ivory.

Can I bring a guest?

If your guest’s name is included on your invitation and RSVP, then absolutely, we’d love for them to join us! Please provide their name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo, as we’re keeping our celebration an intimate gathering of close family and friends. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking fee for resort and restaurant visitors. Overnight guests and special event attendees are not charged. The fee is $20 during the Memorial Day–Columbus Day season. Please allow a few extra minutes to park and make your way to the ceremony site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, transportation will not be provided. We kindly ask guests to make their own way to The Sagamore Resort for the ceremony. Parking will be available on-site.
