Friday, November 7th 2025. Please plan to arrive between 2:30-2:50PM, so everyone can be seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 3:00PM. Guests arriving after the processional has started may be asked to wait until an appropriate pause in the ceremony before being seated.
Please RSVP by Friday, October 10th, 2025 so we can finalize seating and other arrangements. Early replies are always appreciated!
If we don't hear from you by October 10th, we will reach out to confirm. However, if we still don't receive a response from you by October 11th, we will have to assume you won't be able to attend. This RSVP date is firm as we do need a final guest count to accomodate you.
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.
There is plenty of free parking at both the ceremony and reception venue locations.
We'd love for everyone to match the aesthetic of the day and request for everyone to come in formal attire. Please avoid jeans, leggings, shorts, graphic tees and sneakers. If you're unsure, please reach out to either the bride or groom directly.
As much as we’d like to invite everyone we know, we do have a guest limit that we have to adhere to. If there is someone that you’d really like to bring along with you, please contact either the bride or groom directly.
Yes, kids are welcome if they are on the guest list. However, due to the venues rules and policies, kids must remain under supervision of their parents/accompanying guest(s).
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, if you would like to honor us with a gift, we kindly ask for monetary contributions as we begin our new chapter together. For those who prefer to give a traditional gift, we've also created a small registry with a few items we'd love and will cherish.
Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the bar which is cash only. An ATM is conveniently located in the coat room next to the bar.
We will be serving food buffet style and there will be a variety of Carribean and American dishes.
