Will the altitude affect me?

Answer

Of course, everyone is different, but that answer is likely yes (if you are coming from outside of CO)! Denver sits at 5,280 ft and the venue is above 6,000 ft! If you are worried about altitude sickness, we recommend traveling to Denver on Friday before the event to acclimate. The most important thing anyone can do is DRINK WATER! You will need to drink more than you usually would, especially if you will be consuming alcohol (you will thank yourself the next day ;) )

What's the best way to get to the Manor House?

Answer

Shuttles will run from the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hotel Indigo to and from the wedding festivities. You do not need to stay at the hotel in order to take transportation, but you do need to RSVP yes so we ensure we have enough seats for everyone. Shuttles will leave at 3:30p sharp. There is a parking lot at the venue if you prefer to drive. Additionally, you can take Uber or Lyft. We do recommend that you pre-schedule your ride home at the end of the evening for 11p (or at your preferred departure time if earlier). The staff at Manor House has assured us that a pre-set pick up works well with these apps, it can just be a little tough to get a last minute, late evening request in this part of Denver. :)

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry (and due to space restrictions at our venue), we respectfully ask that no children under the age of 16 attend the ceremony or reception. Thank you for understanding

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
