Garden Attire: Wear cocktail style, sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, light jackets or blazers, optional ties, etc.

Sweetgrass Pavilion is just a short walk across a lawn from the Ceremony/Cocktail Hour area. The Ceremony/Cocktail Hour/Reception is all on the hotel premises where the hotel block is. For guests staying over night: Check-in is at 4:00pm. We could not get early check-in for guests, we're sorry, we tried! This is a message from the hotel: "Your guests are more than welcome to come at any point and if a room is available we will check them in so I’m not saying that there isn’t a chance that they can get into their rooms early but we cannot guarantee it! If when they arrive and their room is not ready we will preregister them and give them a call when it is available. Guests are more than welcome to use our amenities while they are waiting. There are locker rooms they can change in if they would like or they can show up to the venue ready! Guests also have the option to book rooms for the night before if that is their preference."
