Downtown
Downtown Lafayette has some of our favorite restaurants and bars. East End Grill, Ripple & Co., Revolution BBQ, La Scala, Yatagarasu, Red Seven, Nom Nom Tacos & Tequila... You won't go wrong with any of these, but there are plenty more to choose from! The Lafayette Farmer's Market also takes place on Saturday mornings and is a great place to grab some food and check out the local farms and artisans. You can even take a stroll across the Wabash River via the Pedestrian Bridge. Just across the river, in West Lafayette, is a fun ice cream parlor called Silver Dipper.
Outdoor Activities
Lafayette and West Lafayette have a handful of parks and trails to choose from. Columbia Park has a small zoo. Celery Bog offers hiking trails where you can often spot wildlife. There are a few golf courses in the area as well. If you plan on doing some extra sightseeing in Indiana, then a must-see is Turkey Run, about an hour south-west of Lafayette. If there is anything specific you want to do, just ask and we can give you a recommendation!
Entertainment
There are a few movie theaters in the area as well as live theaters. Long Center, Lafayette Theater, Civic Theater, and Elliot Hall of Music all put on a variety of shows and concerts. Stay tuned for events as we get closer to the date.
