Please plan to arrive before 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00, and once it has started, guests will not be allowed to enter. This helps ensure the moment remains special and uninterrupted for everyone.

Parking is available on the property. If you need to leave your car overnight, you may do so, but please return and pick up your vehicle by 10:00 AM the following morning.
The weather in the South in October can be truly unpredictable—you may experience comfortable days, cooler evenings, and occasional rain or sudden changes. We recommend dressing in layers and coming prepared for varying conditions.
The ceremony will be held outside. After you park, you’ll be directed to your seats. If needed, the ceremony and cocktail hour will move indoors. We’ll direct guests as necessary. The reception will already be held indoors.
Yes—please be sure to leave your phones off during the ceremony. This helps keep everything distraction-free, and it ensures the moment stays special for everyone.
If you’re feeling generous and would like to give a gift, we would be truly grateful. For easy transportation, we kindly ask that gifts be cash or a gift card.
While we love our fur friends, please do not bring your pets.
Yes! We’ll have beer and wine available. We’ll also have non-alcoholic options, including lemonade, sweet tea, and water. Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted.
Due to limited capacity, we may not be able to accommodate additional guests at this time. The name on the card will indicate who is permitted.
This will be mostly an adult-focused event. Each invitation specifies the intended guests. We apologize if your child isn’t listed. We hope you are able to find childcare so you can enjoy the evening with us, but we completely understand if you are not able to attend.
