Kids are welcome. But I would recommend them not to attend unless they have to. If you do decide to bring your kids, the venue has a strict policy of no horse playing and needing to be supervised. The venue is on open land with woods and hills, easy to get lost. So if you chose to bring your children they will need supervision 24/7. For new mothers with babies, there is a parent’s room away from all the commotion!
I will send out RSVP’s with the invitations. If you are able to RSVP when the invitation is received that would be lovely. But the deadline date for RSVP’s will be December 30, 2024. If you do not RSVP by this date you will marked down as not attending and will not be saved a seat.
The ceremony starts at 2 pm. So I would recommend arriving 1-1:30pm
No certain dress code. No one is to wear solid white other than the bride!!
There is a NO smoking in the building rule (including vapes, etc.) There is a fire pit in the front of the reception building for all smoking. Alcohol: guest are NOT allowed to bring their own drinks. There WILL be a representative the venue mandates has to be there and if you bring it. It and possibly you will be turned away! There WILL be a bartender handing out beer and drinks at the venue. There is NO coolers or self serve! There will be NO alcohol giving to MINORS (under the age of 21)! The venue is very strict on these rules and they will be followed! **Absolutely no weed is allowed on the property**
As we are trying to keep our wedding to those who mean most to us. If neither I nor Dawson has met your plus one. Then they are not invited.
We will be serving hamburgers, potato salad, meat balls and green beans wrapped in bacon. We will not be taking special requests as it’s already expensive to have a wedding.
