Yes! Cocktail and/or beach-appropriate attire and fabrics, please.
Cocktail hour hors d'ouerves include BBQ meatballs and shrimp shots. Choose from two entrees: flame-grilled chicken breast with mango salsa (mango, pineapple, cilantro, Roma tomatoes, red onion) or panko-encrusted tilapia with Veracruz salsa (Roma tomato, green olives, garlic). The two sides are cilantro-lime rice and southern green beans (with bacon and sauteed onions). Croissants will also be offered. Garden salads will be served with Italian/herb or buttermilk ranch dressing. Please notify us of ANY allergies or dietary restrictions. The chef's team takes every precaution to avoid cross-contamination of fish with other proteins, but allergens are present in the kitchen. We've also asked for a nut-free spread.
