It is suggested that guests park in the parking garage directly behind the Hilton. Cocktail and semi-formal attire only. While we want our guests to be comfortable, please refrain from wearing denim or jeans, the color white, flannel shirts, and hoodies.
We will be serving hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a plated dinner. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them. We will also offer an open bar during the cocktail hour and the reception.
Due to limitations, we are unable to extend an invitation to children under the age of 10.
In order to stay within the allowed person limit of our venue, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Since we will have a phenomenal photographer present, we do ask that you use the time during our ceremony to unplug, put away all phones and cameras, and enjoy the moment with us. However, during the reception we encourage guests to post pictures to their social media feeds, our only request is that you tag each photo with our hashtag #cruzindowntheaisle so we can keep track of all the pictures!
We plan on starting promptly at 4:30PM, so we ask that all guests arrive to the ceremony location by 4:15PM.
