When should I RSVP by?

What should I wear?

Answer

Standard cocktail attire. Winter in Tennessee can bring temperatures anywhere between 7 and 70°. Plan to bring overwear in the event of cold weather. Please avoid stiletto or narrow heels.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, Long Hollow Gardens has a parking lot on site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle transportation will be provided on a first-come-first-serve basis from the Opryland Hotel and downtown Nashville. RSVP required. Details to follow.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

See the accommodations tab on the menu for a list of our recommended hotels. Additionally, Nashville has plentiful AirBnB rentals if that’s more your style.

What else do I need to know?

Answer

Long Hollow Gardens is a greenhouse and has brick floors. Although a dance floor will be provided, we recommend wearing stable shoes that are easy to walk in and avoiding stilettos. The venue is located north of Nashville and we recommend finding accommodations on that side of town to avoid time in traffic.
