Not at all. While we would be delighted to have you with us for the full five days of celebration, we completely understand that schedules may vary. Guests are most welcome to join us for any portion of the festivities, for any number of days that works best for them.
Check-in begins on December 13th after 4:00 PM. The wedding ceremony will take place the 14th, and the official end of the gathering will be December 18th at 10:00 AM. Guests are free to coordinate earlier arrivals or later departures base on their schedules.
Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Given that we’ll have both indoor and outdoor activities, we recommend dressing in layers so you can adjust easily to the temperature. Since there will be informal photos throughout the weekend, you may wish to choose attire you feel good being photographed in.
Accommodations will be shared, with 2–4 guests per room. When you RSVP for lodging, you may indicate preferred roommates, such as your partner, or other family members. We will make every effort to match you accordingly for a comfortable stay.
Dinner will be vegetarian, with vegan options available. The chef will finalize the menu closer to the event date, based on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
This will be an informal, intimate celebration while still being a legally binding ceremony. It will include an exchange of vows and rings, along with a few personal touches in place of the traditional wedding formalities.
There is no formal registry. While any gift is appreciated, contributions toward shared accommodations are more than enough.
In the spirit of the holiday season, we will be holding a gift exchange for guests. Please bring: One wrapped gift valued at approximately $25 One stocking stuffer valued at $5–$10 If you are unable to wrap items beforehand, wrapping supplies will be provided at the venue.
