6:00 pm
Boys and Girls will separate for some bride and groom specific activities. Chase is going to go to the barber, which has a bar. Gess is going to go to get her nails done.
9:30 am
Open to all. We will start with a boozy brunch here. After, we will walk to a rail station and take "the L" to the White Sox stadium. Fair note. This is not for the faint of heart. Ed's is a themed restaurant where the servers are rude and talk shit. If you get your feelings hurt, maybe skip this one. Also, this was a venue switch, because the start time of the white sox game got moved forward. Resulting in schedule changes.
11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Lunch and Bottomless Drinks before the game. A note. This is the white sox, as the Cubs aren't in town. So, the Baseball game is at Rate Field and not Wrigley. Frowny face.
1:00 pm
White Sox vs the Athletics at Rate Field. The L after for travel.
4:30 pm
The L has a stop at Chinatown on our way back to the city. We don't have specific venues reserved and you are encouraged to explore and pick individual restaurants that tickle your fancy.
6:30 pm
This is kinda where the night takes a turn. it is kinda planned around easy public transport. The group is deliberately small, but if you REALLY want to be there, reach out to Chase and Gess. First stop: Iwan Ries, bring your own booze cigar club. Second Stop: Streeter Tavern, 21 and up bar with beer pong. Third Stop: Ricks cabaret, strip club with food and drinks. Fourth Stop: Green Mill, an iconic chicago bar, does not have food. closes at 1 am Fifth Stop: Taco and Burrito House, closes at 3am.
5:00 pm
The wedding party of about 8 people is having our rehearsal dinner at Bar Roma. Though others would be seated at their own tables throughout the restaurant, people are welcome to have their own dinners there. It's in a fun part of town, so who knows, maybe there will be opportunities to catch up before or after the venue.
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Cocktail Attire
Drinks and food will be provided.
