What town should I stay in?

Answer

We strongly recommend staying in Eureka (old town specifically). Old town Eureka has lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotels. Our after party will also be in Eureka! None of the hotels in Arcata are near the downtown area and their downtown is much smaller.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We recommend the Inn at 2nd & C. If they are booked out, other nearby hotels are Best Western Plus Humboldt Bay Inn and Carter House Inn.

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

Answer

How can I get a ride to and from the venue?

Answer

We are setting up a shuttle service to pick up from hotels in Old Town Eureka and drop off at the venue. The shuttles will also bring people back after the wedding. If you choose to drive yourself, there is plenty of parking.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3 PM as the ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 PM and late arrivals will not be allowed in to the ceremony area.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal to formal attire. Ladies - cocktail dresses, midi dresses, floor length dresses, or pant suits. Gentleman - suit & button up shirts.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only those listed on the invitation may attend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Little ones are welcome but must be in the attendance of an adult at all times as the venue is located within a forest.

Please let us know if you have a food allergy and we will make our best attempt to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! The venue has a very large area designated for parking.
