To book online you can go to www.hotelballast.com and enter the requested dates, select Special rates & enter the Group code (BGS). You can enter the code up until your Cutoff Date: Wednesday 3/14/2022 to receive your rate. After the cut-off date, please note the group rate will no longer be valid. If you have issues booking online, you can call the hotel directly Monday-Friday between 9am and 2pm (910) 763-5900 and ask for Pam in Reservations. She will check the availability of the discounted rate.
