5:30 PM EST: Arrival starts. Follow the signs to the beach, walk down a flight of stairs, and you won't be able to miss it! 6:00 PM EST: Ceremony begins. 6:30 PM EST: Cocktail hour begins at beach clubhouse (back up the stairs) with appetizers. 7:30 PM EST: The buffet will open. Food includes: farmhouse salad, squash ravioli, herb roasted chicken breast, roasted potatoes, and a carrot/shallot mix. 9:00 PM EST: Put on your dancing shoes! 12:00 AM EST: You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here.
