Cocktail attire w/ cool to cold weather in mind. Bride request's the guests wear shades of green if convenient.
As you drive into the venue, you will pass directly behind the location of the ceremony. With that in mind, we request all guests arrive at or before 3:45pm. Gates to the venue will be locked at 3:55pm.
Guest allowances have been specified within the RSVP portion of our wedding page. Please respect our choices in keeping our wedding tight-knit and family oriented.
We love kids, but we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration.
For appetizers, we will be serving a combination of buffalo chicken dip and blackberry meatballs, prepared by a (personally) certified local chef. For our meal, we will have an expertly crafted taco bar, complete with an assortment of salsas, fresh guacamole, fajita meats, roasted veggies, queso, and rice. For dessert, we will be offering an assortment of bite-sized treats, including brownies, tarts, cookies, and much more.
We have procured a limited open bar which will include basic beers, wines, and two signature cocktails personally selected by the bride and groom.
The mountains are a fickle creature, and weather can change at a moment's notice. Our coordinator is a seasoned veteran and will ensure all measures are taken to ensure a dry wedding. Additionally, the reception area is covered and insulated for both the wet and the cold.
