The Wedding Schedule
Here's what to expect during our wedding weekend!
Guest arrival time at the venue is 3:30pm
We even got you a ride between the venue and the hotels!
Shuttle Information:
Two AA Transportation Busses will depart from the Hilton Garden Inn promptly at 3:00pm. Both shuttles will pick up and drop off at the intersection of Garden Way and High Street. (Those staying at the Hampton Inn will have a short walk to the pick up area)
The shuttles will remain on site for the duration of the wedding if anyone leaves belongings in them.
For those wishing to return to the hotel early, there will be an earlier shuttle leaving the venue around 8:30pm. The shuttles will leave the venue at 10:00pm to return guests to the hotels.
Thursday night we are planning to go out in Downtown Portsmouth for drinks with family and friends. Let us know if you plan on coming to hangout! Nothing formal is planned, we do not even know where we are going yet but will let you know.

Guest arrival time at the venue is 3:30pm. Shuttle Information: For those taking the shuttle from the Portsmouth Hotels, the shuttles will leave from the Hilton Garden Inn promptly at 3:00pm. They will likely park on Garden Way or Portwalk Place to minimize the walk from either hotel to the shuttle. The shuttles will remain on site for the duration of the wedding if anyone leaves belongings in them. For those wishing to return to the hotel early, there will be an earlier shuttle leaving the venue around 8:30pm. We can't wait to see everyone!
