Metro North (to the sonesta)
If you are coming from the city: You can take the Metro-North Railroad – Harlem Line from Grand Central Terminal and take a train heading toward North White Plains. The ride to White Plains Station takes about 35–45 minutes. Once you arrive, the Sonesta White Plains is about a 5-minute taxi.
