Shuttle

We have a change to our shuttle service. We will have two seven passenger vans that will be transporting people to and from the hotels all night long. Our first driver's name is Dawn, and her number is 608-450-2021. Our second driver is named Tim, and his number is 414-313-1731. They will be making trips to both hotels throughout the afternoon/evening, so feel free to party hardy and not worry about how you're getting back to the hotel at the end of the night!
Flight
The drive from the MKE airport to Oconomowoc is just under 45 minutes.
Hotel
Reservations must be made before June 22, 2021. This hotel is slightly farther away from the Wedding venue than the hotel in Oconomowoc, but it's a much more budget-friendly option. Breakfast is included with the stay. Check-in time is 3:00; however, the hotel has said that you may call the day of to request that your room is available around 2:00 so that you have time to check in and get to the wedding. They may or may not be able to accommodate an early check-in depending on their availability. To book a room, please call the hotel directly at 262-646-3300 and ask for rooms under the event name of Bischbach/Hoyt.

Information from the hotel: Reservations must be made before June 22. If you would like to arrive earlier, call the sales department to arrange accommodations at 262.200.2900 ext. 2262. Check-in is after 4:00PM. Early Check-in requests cannot be offered or guaranteed. The hotel recommends booking the day before to ensure you have time to prepare for the day of the wedding. Breakfast is included and served from 7:30am-10:30am. Guests can make reservations by phone through the hotel at 262.200.2900 or via our Central Reservations Department at 800.225.1237. They must request a room within the Birschbach Hoyt Wedding Block, Group Code: DEA to receive a room within the block at the group rate. To Make Reservations online: 1. Click on "View" below. 2. Enter Arrival and Departure date. 3. Select "Check Availability" 4.. Choose Room Type by selecting "Book This Room" and you will be taken to the next window to provide guest information and enter credit card for guarantee.
