It all started in true Irish fashion… At a bar. Over several drinks at the Irishman Pub in Williamsville, NY Brendan & Jessica talked for hours about their interests, families, goals, and passions. Jessica, of course, showed Brendan ten million pictures of her dogs, Rosie & Rio. It was obvious to both of them by the end of the night that what they shared was something special! As time went by, Jessica & Brendan spent more and more time together! Between going to sabres games, coffee dates, watching movies and walking Rosie & Rio around North Buffalo their love truly blossomed!

Christmas of 2022 came, and, despite big plans of spending time with friends and family, Brendan & Jessica were snowed in (with Brendan’s brother Owen) due to a blizzard… Therefore, they spent Christmas Day trekking through knee deep snow down Hertel Ave to find the only open business, The Sterling (another bar ☘️). Afterwards, Brendan & Jessica came home and enjoyed a romantic dinner of frozen chicken tenders and hashbrowns. It was during that week of being snowed in together that they realized they wanted to live together!

Fast forward to January of 2024, after months of saving money and wanting a yard for the dogs, Jessica & Brendan bought a house together, a cute little ranch in Tonawanda, NY! Thanks to the help of Brendan’s utterly amazing family, they removed lots of wallpaper (and they mean lots), replaced carpet, and truly transformed their house into the home of their dreams.

In May of 2024, Brendan popped the life changing question in their new home! Brendan spent hours printing photos of the couple and decorating the mantle of their beautiful fireplace with flowers and memories. He also managed to get bandanas on the dogs that said: “I loved her first” and “I do too.” Jessica got home and Brendan got down on one knee and asked Jessica to spend forever with him. She said yes! They celebrated their love that weekend with friends and family and started planning the start of forever!
