Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the church ceremony, of course, wear your Sunday best. If you're only attending the reception, there's no dress code but, c'mon.. it's a wedding. Please be mindful of your shoe choice, there's grass and gravel.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Oh la la! Of course you can bring a date. Just let us know on your RSVP so we can accommodate the additional guest.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

PLEASE DO! We welcome all! Our kids will definitely be there; they need friends to play with and enjoy the day!

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Duh! We will have A LOT of beer, champagne, and liquor for 'Welcome Drinks' prior to the reception and for the party. We will have dinner & wedding cake to follow. The bar is a 'cash bar', meaning you will be responsible for the cost of your liquor drinks.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. Seriously. But because you asked, we added a 'Dream Honeymoon Fund' option on the website if you would like to gift us some cash so we can have a decent honeymoon.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be at the church. Afterwards, we will be primarily inside the venue but they have an outdoor fire pit, lake, and beautiful grounds to enjoy, weather permitting.

Can we take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

We would like to have an 'unplugged' ceremony. Which means NO CELLPHONES during the ceremony at the church. We want to see your lovely faces, NOT your phones! There will be a photographer & videographer capturing all our moments and we will share them on the website when available. AFTER the ceremony, you're more than welcome to get your phone out and take pictures of the fun for the rest of the night. We have to have evidence of the night, of course! Remember to use the hashtag: #IJessBecameAClayton

What should/could I do between the church ceremony and welcome drinks/ reception if I decide to attend both??

Answer

DRRIIINNNKKKK! Take a drink for us! We will probably be taking pictures afterwards so please!! Or,... Go get some fooooooood! There are lots of nice restaurants in Peachtree City and Fayetteville. If you didn't eat prior to the ceremony, I suggest you eat something to get you through to dinner. No one should drink on an empty stomach, unless of course, you want to >.<
